There is a chance I will not be able to make it.  The kidney stone that has been hiding in my right kidney since 2011 is trying to stage a break-out.  I spent Friday night in the hospital, most of it in the waiting room.  When I left Saturday morning, they told me to drink lots of fluids to get it out, but I couldn't because I would vomit everything up, so I went back to the waiting room Saturday night and got some anti-nausea meds.  I'm still waiting for the stone to leave, though the pain has gone.  It could be hiding in my bladder or was dissolved in all the water I was drinking.  And before I forget, some blood vessels around my eyes and in the whites of my eyes have burst, so I look a bit scary.
Assuming no ongoing medical problems, I will bring the Griffin, Karnov with elementals, and Warrior helicopter.
Devondra, would you consider letting the Piranha come out and play?  It would have gotten some kills last time around.

Feel better, Jim.  If there's something I can do let me know, though I know that's likely to be a forlorn hope...   :)

In the city of Port Leon and his team look over all the information they have collected over the last three months.
“Well people he gave us the slip once more. We have been on this rock for three months and we are still no closer to getting this guy.”
Mathilda the teams number 2 looks over a data pad.
“We know that he is getting help from some of the clans. We need to work on finding out just who.”
Eric the teams comms specialist looks over his gear.
“What I still have a problem is that we can get close but he gets away just before we can get a positive ID.”
Leon looks at his team and his data pad once more.
“Well whoever is his guardian angel is they are only a step ahead of us. They are going to slipup and then we have him. Then we can get off this rock.”
Grace, Jorge and Mick look at the boss and the data pads they have. Grace looking at her pad.
“Boss this guy has had us all over the place, but he has yet to get off this content.”
“Yes Grace his guardian does have some limits or just has not been willing to make a big move for him.”
Mick looking over his pad.
“Well with all the different clans doing what they can to keep or expand the power base they have until whoever is looking out for this guy does something that will give us a clue we are just going to keep playing keep up.”
Jorge looking at the other team members.
“Well as long as we keep getting paid I for one have no problem being on this rock. You all have seen the news from the House news services and it is real hot. Kind of nice to be some place cool for a change.”
Leon looking at Jorge.
“Well if we do not get this guy soon they may not keep the pay checks flowing, not to say what this doing to our rep.”
Mathilda double checking her pad.
“Hay, we are tracking someone that knows this place better then we do and has some major help. They keep him on the move so we have to keep moving.”
Leon looks at Mathilda.
“This is why I keep you around you know.” He winks at her. “Time for us to pick a place and stay put for a while. Some place we will not stick out so much.”
The others look confused. Grace speaks up first.
“What? How do we get him?”
Leon looks at Grace.
“Simple we watch for now. We have been bouncing all over and that is one way for them to know our location. Now if we stay out of sight then they have to look for us.”
Mick smiles.
“I get it boss, if the guys that are looking out for him spend time looking for us we get to see who is helping him and this way we get an idea of places that he will bolt to.”
Leon nods.
“Well that is my plan. Now all we will need to do is see if it works.”

Just got out of the hospital.  They removed the stone and put a stent in that will have to be removed in a week.  I'm not sure how I'll feel Sunday.

Nikko Toge Mori (sunshine ridge woods) is 1475 square kilometers. A heavily forested area that sits on multiple layers of basalt rock. these layers have been cut by numerous faults resulting in lake basins and large escarpments. The topography generally slopes toward the south with four major topographical features dominating the forest. Sanma Yama (sun mountain) in the northeast corner of the forest and Cresta di Sabbia (sand ridge) on the forests northern border are highly visible features. The eastern part of the forest is dominated by a large pumice plain, while lava flows are the main feature in the northwest. In addition, two, year around creeks shape the character of the forest. Sun Creek runs through the center of the forest, and over time has cut a small canyon through the forests central plains, in which is located the small muryo (free) city of Leaf. Anini Ogawa runs along the western border of the forest, and  is flanked by meadowlands. Elevations range from 303 to 1524 meters above sea level. The forest is temperate, and receives large amounts of precipitation, and is dominated by evergreen conifer species, primarily douglas-fir, also nanmu, hemlock, red cedar, bigleaf maple, and red alder. The forest provides a habitat for a diverse group of wildlife including black wolves, nero coguaro, spotted owls, taiga lynx, caribou, silver trout, red elk and otters.

I appreciate everyone's well wishes. ;)
I'm still considering going tomorrow.  I'm not sure if I'll play or just hang out for a couple of hours.  I'm feel the need to get out, but not at great speed.
On second thought, it's best I not move around tomorrow.

Nope, no shooting or harsh language.  Nearly got a tank stuck on top of a mountain, nearly had a Vulcan fall down another mountain with no warrior in it, but in the end nothing exciting happened except for the military CSI people...

But if we'd moved faster we would have been blown out of our socks!

Well, Chris and Dave had capable, tough, recon elements.  I had a modified loadermech, a tank by Yugo, and a Gobblin APC (Sort of like a Goblin, but it tends to eat it's engine at odd moments...).  (Actually, Vulcan, Goblin, and Vedette).

Dave thinks we discovered signs of that really heavy tank force you guys encountered a while back.  I'm just picturing my Vedette, or worse yet the Vulcan, going up against a Shrek PPC carrier...

“Firebird to control we are in the area.”
“Roger that Firebird. Keep your eyes open.”
“That is what this is all about control.”
Jack looks out the canopy and points to a spot.
“Put us down over there.”
“You got it sir.”
The Kestrel move over to the spot that Jack pointed to and hovers just above the ground.
The seven man team exits the craft and move to the buildings.
The VTOL moves off and takes up an orbit over the team.
“OK guys time to give this place the once over.”
“What are we looking for the security crew went over this area already.”
“I saw the reports from both the Merc recon teams and our security people and something is out of place. So now we check it out.”
The team spends the next hour going over the area.
“Hay boss I think I may have what is off about this.” Billy the team scout calls over the comm.
“What do you have Billy?”
“Well going over the reports and seeing this place it looks like the wheeled vehicles were out here after the tracked ones were.”
Jack walks over to the spot that Billy is at.
“Look boss the tracks are at different levels and the tire tracks are newer. See how the ground is.”
“OK so what more do you have?”
“All the tracked vehicles were for a couple days but the wheeled vehicles were here for only a day. You can see spots were some of the tracks are much deeper than the tire tracks. Also the wheeled vehicles are much liter than the tracked ones.”
“Billy if the tracked vehicles belong to that armored unit that was at the power station in August they were heavy to assault weight vehicles so they would dig deeper in to the ground”
“I know that boss that is why I’m looking at the spots were they were parked. The ground is soft and if something was resting on it for any time it will dig in due to its weight.”
“OK so you are telling me that this area was a camp area?”
“You got it. Look at how the tracks are in the ground. They heaviest vehicles at the center and pointed to cover a 360 field of fire. Then the next lighter vehicles shifted 90 so they also can cover a 360 field of fire but you have room for the big guns to move out. Last off the lights make up the third ring and from all the boot prints this was the infantry.”
“I will give these guys credit. This is a nice spot to setup on as it gives a good view and over lapping fire lanes. With the troopers out as the first line you will get spotted before you get to the heavies.”
“Now look at the tire tracks. Some of them overlap the tracks and are not covering each other.”
“Firefly to Firebird you have incoming on your 270.”
“Firebird to Firefly roger that, Can you ID the incoming?”
“Negative they are kicking up a lot of dust.”
“How long before they are at my Poz?”
“By the dust cloud you have 2 mikes. I can swing back and pick you up. Hay look out we have LRMs incoming.”
The VTOL banks hard to avoid the missiles.
“Firefly to Firebird the incoming is playing hardball.”
“Roger that Firefly. Clear the area and get reinforcements.”
“But we can get you out first.”
“Maybe, Maybe not. You just the fired LRMs so I’m not willing to get all of us killed.” Jack looks around. “Get that bird out of harm’s way.” Looking at the woods. “OK team into the trees now.”
“But boss.”
Jack cuts them off. “Get that bird out now and bring help.” Jack and the team run for the trees.
“Roger that Boss.” The Kestrel heads off. “Firefly to Control we have a problem.”
