(Answered) Fuel Cell Engines for Combat Vehicles

On page 22 of the Tech Manual errata (v3.02), there's an additional paragraph about fuel that states in part, "...Combat Vehicles with ICE and Fuel Cell engines...".  What I don't see is a change to the sentence in Tech Manual (page 101) in the paragraph above that: "Combat Vehicles may only use ICE and Fusion engine types."

Has there been another errata I'm not seeing?  Or is the indirect mention in the current errata sufficient to supersede the restriction to ICE and fusion engines for Combat Vehicles?

TO, p. 307, construction rules on p. 306.  It's an advanced construction rule.

The TM errata is taking the above into account, but should have been clearer not to cause this sort of confusion.  I'll edit the TM errata to add a TO page reference.  Thanks.
