Clan case question.

I know clan mechs get case free without critical slots taken, but which book has that mentioned? I didn't notice it anywhere.

TM p210 under CASE.
Record Sheets for Clan 'Mechs will have (CASE) after the location name in any location with something explosive.  Masakari (Prime) has Left Arm (CASE) for example.
