Clan Trueborn Mechwarriors

Just curious:

How long is and how much does a clan TB MW weighs? I have found that elementals are like 2 meters long and massive, while their aerospace jocks are 1,7 m and weighs 50 kg with an enlarged cranium and eyes...?

The Size of an Elemental has varied quite a bit between sources; I've seen a range of 2.1 meters to 2.6, with 2.3 being slightly more commonly accepted

I haven't seen anything official for Trueborn Mechwarrior height and weight but I would expect them to be around 1.6 meters to maybe 1.8 meters in height and probably 60-100 kilos depending on what pursuits outside the cockpit the warrior is allowed/enjoys.

Clan mechwarriors are normal and average heights the engineering didn't mess with that, however they do tend to have somewhat better reflexes.

Is it possible for a clan mech warrior to also be trained in battle armor?

Depends on the era and Clan.

Ghost Bears are probably the most famous for letting their warriors have second chances to test into a different combat specialty.

But generally no, a True Born Mechwarrior would not be trained in the use of Battlearmor.

For what it's worth, according to Michael Stackpole's novel Lost Destiny, book three of the Blood of Kerensky Trilogy, in 3052, Kai Allard-Liao was trained in the use of Clan battle armor by Elementals of Clan Jade Falcon when the former combatants united against ComStar forces on Alyina during Operation Scorpion. So at least some Clan members are willing to train even non Clan members in the use of battle armor. Under certain heightened circumstances, anyway.

Probably would be even more rare but as mentioned it could happen.
