Creating MegaMek Camo+Unit Tokens
« on: 27 October 2017, 12:51:27 »
I have a bit of an unusual problem.  We are playing some Alpha Strike in Roll20 (an browser-based online tabletop website).  It works great with the simplicity of Alpha Strike.  I've been using the .gif images from the MegaMek library as tokens for the game.

But they look a little bland.  Everyone is piloting the same white and grey tokens around the map.  I'd like to be able to paint over the units with the camo patterns like in MegaMek.  Has anyone found a way to save the tokens (unit .gif images layered with camo .jpeg's) you can make in MegaMek to an external file (so they can be uploaded to Roll20)?  Alternatively, does anyone know how to duplicate the camo layer process that MegaMek does automatically in another program (GIMP or an online image editor)?
