CGL Store - Customer Service!

So CGL seems to have hired a CSR to man the emails. I finally got my lance boxset sorted and shipped! Brenna has been quick to answer emails. Hopefully they have their webstore fully sorted. If you have any old unresolved issues I'd recommend trying once again at store@catalystgamelabs.com. The printed version of the Battlemech Manual is also on their store page, which I havent seen on any shelves here in Canada.

Had to deal with customer service and had a great experience. My order from the memorial day sale got botched and things took a while because of the exclusive items involved and it being Con season but I never felt ignored nor out of the loop.
But as a matter of fact I was quite busy getting potty-trained at the time and had no time for interstellar politics.- ykonoclast
