Title: Still unable to get a response from Catalyst

I still have have yet to receive an update on my order status after two emails to Catalyst. Anyone else having issues?

Hi,

I placed an order when they first opened the new shop. I didn't receive any updates, about three weeks later my package arrived. I'm not saying you should stop trying to contact them, wanted to tell you my experience. I hope you receive your order soon.
