How many trainees, can an "academy instructor" type NPC train simultaneously? I figure it's obviously more than one, but what are the limits of the "class" size? Can he lecture a hundred people in his class-room? How about thousands through video broadcasts, even pre-recorded ones? Does increasing the number of students apply penalties? I assume pre-recorded instruction tapes receive some penalty (if they can even be used).
