Here is one of the city, unfortunately this was the shot before we started playing, and I have none from the actually game play.

Here are two in the coutryside, but have mechs on the board for scale and whatnot...

I will take some more pictures and try to post of the things that I have been working on in the past year...there are alot :)

I'm not a fan of buildings (more of a terrain guy), but I absolutely love how you have done the city. You've covered more than just basic structures and included elements like lots, ramps, and so much more. The consistency of the theme of your work ties all the work together.

Bravo!

I need to ask You - how did You do the hex bases? I want the same ones - stiff and thin - for my terrain making!

Great job overall.

With this level of detail, why don't You think about some more detailed windows? Making a two-layer wall with first layer with cut-out windows and second with transparent material will make them look much more regular. Just a thought.

Thank you very much.  O0

I get them from http://gamecraftminiatures.com/ Then I base them with Spackle, put some multi sized sand/gravel, paint, then flock them. pretty much it.

Why, yes I have thought about putting a little more detail into them, however...they are just used for game pieces and this way if they get damaged, I can create another one to replace it fairly easy. Plus it stays constant with the way I create the buildings, thus I can create multiple at a time by plowing through them.

There are a few that have better detail, mostly the accent pieces though.

Thank you all, I am off on vacation next week so I should be posting more pictures of things soon.

Soon, I'll be making my own.

Took a class here locally, which means I can now use their laser cutter myself :D

Probably next week I'll pop down and cut myself a whole whack (or maybe half a whack depending on time) some Hex bases.

Good stuff man, really feels like an actual city.
It also amuses me how I can recognize some of the bits you used like the golf tee radio tower and the pen cap ventilation stacks.
That's it! Challenge the Clans to rock-paper-scissors in 3050! A good portion of the 'Mechs didn't have hands so the Inner Sphere would win!
If I had a nickel for every time I've legged a Warhammer, I could put them in a sock, spin it around and leg another Warhammer.

I do not remember seeing an answer, did you use a stain/varnish on the foam buildings after painting them?  I am thinking of using my gray one on hills to also help seal the flock on it as well as provide some little detail for each cut.
