(Answered) Intersection of ATOW and TW: Damage Effects
« on: 29 September 2016, 18:08:33 »
How would damage to a player character in the ATOW system translate to the TW system, and vice versa?

For instance, if a campaign incorporates both systems by having RPG sessions and BT sessions and a character is injured in an ATOW mission, how might that damage impact the character's ability to control (e.g., piloting, gunnery, avoiding shut-downs or ammo explosions, etc.)? Also, would that injury be reflected in the "hits taken" section of the BattleTech record sheet?

Looking at things from the other direction, how might the effects of an ammo explosion or similar damage to the MechWarrior during a BT session be more accurately recorded on the ATOW record sheet?

Thank you for the help with this, guys!
