Level 0 to Level 1 etc. difference in height?

I am trying to make some 3D Terrain.

Is there a section in the rules that explains the height difference between Level 0 and Level 1 zero as well as Depth 1, Depth 2 etc.

Even if you say the height of a mech, which mech since they are all supposed to be a different height.

Any actual rules or rules of thumb will be helpful

In real world measurement, each level of 6m is represented by 1".
