(Answered) Falling damage to Infantry FROM a falling 'mech

The above topic is sort of related... Today I ran a session at The Matrix-Warzone in Cleveland and we had a Galloglas with a single squad of IS Battle Armor in the same hex. During the attack phase, the ISBA made a unsuccessful Leg Attack. The Gallogas took enough damage from other units to make it fail it's PSR.

Question one: Does any unit (friendly or Foe) in same hex as a 'mech falling suffer any accidental damage (Note: NO Infantry was on the 'mech at the time of falling occurred)? [My line of though wanders to the Thrashing infantry rules but that kind of 'mech attack is a physical attack action]

Question two: TBD as I think I know the answer, basing on my knowledge and restrictions on Thrash Attacks against Infantry by prone/downed 'Mechs.

Thank you. I had a wonderful time smashing tin.

No units take damage when a 'Mech falls, other than any swarming infantyr and the falling 'mech, of course.

DFAs are a separate case, and only the victim of a successful DFA takes damage when a 'Mech jumps on it.
