Tactical Operations has the rules for making Superheavy vehicles. I think it is in the section just at the end of the weapons and equipment in the same area as patchwork armor and fractional accounting. At work right now so I can't crack open a book to give you page numbers.

Cool thank you everyone.
There is a Shapeways model of the Hovercraft from GI Joe, and I was thinking of making that into a unit in CBT and 50 tons seems light.

Slight warning, SAW has a slight bug with SH Hovers, it doesn't split the side armor facings (for being a SH vehicle). This means that if you design one in SAW and save it, you won't be able to open it again.

Fascinating!  >:D

I wasn't aware CBT had finally seen the light and overcame that ridiculous restriction on hovercraft! Time to dig out the books again!  O0
