The Wayfinder is a mech specializing in clearing obstacles for ground vehicles and other logistical support.
It's various types of SRMs and AES enhanced claws allow it to burn, blast, and rip it's way through nearly any obstacle.

I like the general idea. But I have very different ideas for the design. I'd go for a 4/6 quad with SRMs and flamers, and assorted construction equipment. (Backhoe?)

I almost went with a quad so I could include a bridglayer, but you can only fit so much gear on a quad. The claws I can see as being able to do multiple tasks. Lifting, pulling, smashing, etc. Plus you can still fight with them if you need to. SRMs are just as flexible with different loads.

What about dropping the RA SRM2 for a straight up Flamer

Not sure it needs the speed but I still like it
