Quite a few canon DropShips or Warships (especially post-3050 designs) are specifically noted as equipping their onboard Marine complement with BattleArmor. And there's some interesting equipment available to Battle Armor that could help in that role. The Space variant of the Elemental is particularly well-equipped for such missions, and is probably what the Clans use for that role. We know that Inner Sphere bean counters will probably hand Great House navies standard suits (like the Inner Sphere Standard) and call it a day, but what if money was no object? What if you were to design a Battle Armor suit specifically for the conditions that would be likely to found inside a DropShip or Warship's corridors, and the dangers that could be found there (hull breaches sucking you out into space or simply venting the atmosphere on the deck you're fighting in, enemy Battle Armor boarding parties, tight quarters leaving a lot of weapons impractical/dangerous), what would it look like?

The rules of the challenge are as follows:
Tech base is entirely Inner Sphere. The Space Elemental makes any Clan submissions redundant.
This suit is intended for shipboard duties only. The only BattleMech-scale weaponry it should be encountering are those that can be fitted to enemy Battle Armor.
It should be given equipment that would either be useful for working/fighting on a ship, or aid in recovery from the previously mentioned disasters.

Somewhat lightly armored, but it ticks all the boxes. A vibro claw and heavy machine gun handle the close work (don't need range aboard ship, don'tcha know). An armored glove for the other hand for dexterity to handle controls. Heat sensor, cutting torch are dual purpose. They aid you in boarding operations, and in an emergency let you detect survivors or points where everything's on fire, as well as cutting away debris (alongside the vibro claw). A secondary anti-personnel weapon mount for those targets that don't require the machine gun. And improved life support, because only batman can breathe in space.

Good news is the lab boys say the symptoms of asbestos poisoning show an immediate latency of 44.6 years. So if you're thirty or over you're laughing. The Gray Death Space Marine Armor from Fan-TRO 3150 Lyran Commonwealth Supplemntal - Revised Version is also pretty good. It's a heavy battle armor with 10 points of armor, a torso mounted Bearhunter Superheavy AC, two heavy Vibro-Claws, Space Operation Adaption, Heat Sensor, Cutting Torch, Extended Life Support and Magnetic Clamps.

Also, at least the AFFS has a workable marine Battle Armor. The Infiltrator Mk.II Marine from Record Sheets 3145: NTNU.

Komet Space Operations Battle Armor

A slightly more imposing medium battle armor suit that hopefully ticks all the right boxes. Moderately well armored, has a vibro claw for tearing apart enemies and bulkheads alike, a spotlight and heat sensor for detecting enemies in the cold darkness of space and breached sections, an all energy weapons array consisting of a small laser for heavy combat and dual secondary anti-personnel weapon mounts equipped with lasers for softer targets, and lastly space operations adaptations and extended life support for obvious reasons
