After the long and arduous task of Destroying the menace WOB, Daniels Avengers will not be availbe to hire for next few years, the daunting task of rebuilding our lost sister Regimental Brigades will take several years to complete.    however select battalions will be sent out for work.

as of this time setting during the tantrum war started by WOB, the avengers are reduced to 3rd RBGD and 4th RBGD.  with the 3rd having 4 mech battalions and the 4th having the standard 3 regs and aerowing.  The 1st was wiped out with only 5 survivors and the 2nd was lost soon there after all hands lost.   Jennifer Daniels fell fighting the WOB on outreach while her daughter and son were relocated back to the home planet.  James's wife and children were already on planet.

this is how.  the 1st Brigade was on outreach when Waco went WACO, and the subsequent WOB annihilation of all mercenary forces on outreach, the 2nd tagged along to Mars and died in space never evening launching from their jumpships.

The Third RBGD fought against the WOB menace, we were able to send a mixed battalion to aid New Avalon, while two battalions went to New Syrtis.   The rest of the 3rd was sent to stem the Taurian tide losing 2 battalions of men and equipment all total to the Taurians.   The 4th was held in reserve and released to battle the Capellans as they sought to strike against the weakened Suns.  The 4th lost a total of 5 battalions of Mechs, Armor and infantry.     The 3rd and 4th combined at the end of the Jihad could field a 1 3 battalion Mech Reg, 1 4 battalion Infantry Reg, 1 3 battalion Armor Reg and two Aero wings.     from 7 mech battalion, 6 Infantry battalions, 6 Armor Battalions and 2 aerowings.

April 9th 3080

Major James Daniels felt the weight of his mothers death,  Her coffin steel black, draped with the Star League and Avengers flag slowly lowered into the soil of Victoria.    James felt the tears burn down his cheeks as he silently bad farwell to her and the sole glue to holding the Avengers together.   

James held his mothers rank pins in his hand wondering if he should wear them.   "No i wont just yet, first i have to save the Avengers" he mused.   Looking at the current TO&E of what was left of the 3rd and 4th, and the training regiments an idea formed and soon James began to plot out the rebirth of the 1st and 2nd.     Taking the remaining battalions of the combined 3rd and 4th of mech, infantry and armor the 1st could be rebuilt with letting the soldiers to shellshocked to remain on victoria to train the next generations.   

1ST REGIMENTAL BRIGADE: IRON WILL

The First BattleMech Regiment has begun to rebuild after the horrible losses sustained in the Clan Wolf raid. The First has the second largest collection of Clan equipment in the Avengers, though very little in the form of Clan OmniMechs. The 1-3 Battalion currently holds the former Clan Wolf trinary. The commanders of 1-1 and 1-4 Battalions were killed in action.
1-1 was rebuilt bringing the Iron Will close to full strength.   going to Outreach and making it a temporary home the Iron Will began to train with Dragoon trainers and built a solid relationship with them.   Supporting the Dragoons in the AMF and actions against WOB in the Chaos March.    When Waco launched his attack the 1-1 was among the first casualties.  and when the WOB came only 5 mechs was able to leave.  (one was on a salvage truck, two were limping)  of the five warriors none lived to see the end of the Jihad.    Reconstituted on April 3080

First Dragoons (The Skulkers)

The First Armor was constituted in late 2788 to support the First 'Mech Regiment. Primarily a support unit until recently, heavy and assault tanks constitute the majority of both remaining companies, supported by Pegasus hover tanks.  The 1st Dragoons were reduced to 2 companies after the fight with Clan Wolf.  The 1st Dragoons was able to rebuild to two battalions with 4 companies of Assault scattered between the two, the Dragoons died alongside their mentors fighting the WOB. Reconstituted on April 3080

The First Infantry was constituted in 2787 to support the defense of Victoria, until 3049 when the entire Avengers command was restructured. During the Clan Wolf campaign, the First was able to salvage several damaged battlesuits and are trying to repair them with help from captured Elementals.  The 1st Musketeers were reduced to a battalion after the brutal fight with Clan Wolf.  The Musketeers was able to rebuild to two battalions with 4 companies of Battle Armor scattered between the two, training with the Dragoons the Musketeers died alongside their mentors fighting the WOB. Reconstituted on April 3080

The First was activated in early 3049 to provide air superiority for the still forming brigades. Up until then, the First was stationed on the moon of Victoria as a first response force against hostile JumpShips and DropShips.
The Air Wing was reduced to 2 lances after the Fight with Clan Wolf.   During the years leading up the Jihad the first trained with the dragoons to hone their skills.   sadly these valiant soldiers died when WOB attacked.  Reconstituted in April 3080

   The 1st Regimental Brigade fared well in the former FWL regions,  chasing pirates and fighting various former FWL rogue units.   Bringing almost 2 battalions of former FWL soldiers who joined after capture.     With their joining the 2nd RGB was reformed with 2 mech battalions.
