Related to that, is there a PDF version that merges the latest errata? I'd love to have a consistent reference doc.

The most recent printing is the second, so it will only have the errata up to and including version 2.0 of the errata.  That is the majority of it, however.

The actual PDF of the rulebook gets updated when there’s a new printing. No new printing of the AS rulebook has been announced yet.
