Dark Age NPC Characters

In one of the dark age source books there are atow profiles for some important npcs. I think Alaric Wolf, Anastasia Kerensky, and Delvin Stonem, were some of the npcs? For my life of me I cannot find this book, does anyone know what product they are located in?

Era Report 3145 pages 195-200.  It is not a full profile but gives the most relevant skill levels for the major NPCs, mostly in political related skills since I don't think they are expecting the PCs to directly fight and kill these NPCs.

I got my titles mixed, up.
Yes Era Report.
Though there is an Era Digest for the early Dark Age stuff.
I blame the holiday shuffling messing around with my brain at the time.
