Guardian Strike Fighter ??
« on: 19 October 2011, 20:22:45 »
There's a certain online auction site, where a certain Australian Former Camospecs & CBT member is offering minis of the Guardian Strike Fighter.  I was wondering if they can legally do this or not?  Here's what they say about it in the listing.

For a limited time and a very small number, this is a not released privately funded Guardian Aerofighter, sister to the Mechbuster.

A Fantastic little fighter for those wnating to build atmosphere fighter groups. No base or flight stand included

There's no picture of the actual mini, but they've got a picture up of the fighter from the TRO.  Can he legally sell these, or does IWM need to have a word with him?  ???
To me, Repros are 100% Wrong, and there's NO  room for me to give ground on this subject. I'm not just an Immovable Object on this, I'm THE Immovable Object. 3D Prints are just 3D Repros.

Something to bear in Mind. Defending the BT IP is Frowned upon here.
