It -is!-
I dipped out AS the new stuff was dropping. So, sitrep, guys. Last I heard, the Republic was smaller than my sense of discretion, and harder to get out of than Wonka’s chocolate factory. House Davion was headed by a Max Liao of their very own, only, like all sequels, he was less awesome. It couldn’t be helped, as he was Davion. The CC had been running a semi-legit scavenger hunt for stashed divisions stored as a piss off to the RotS, and Sun Tzu was chillin’ with the frozen burritos.
Vash the Stampede used to flaunt the the Lyrans bought all the factory complexes in their part of space, which seemed to be a pretty smart thing to do. Not as smart as burying divisions while everyone else is disarming, but, you know. Not bad. And everyone looked to be waiting for backstab o’clock before jumping in on old grudges again.
So, we got a few notable worlds back. Good news, and better still for the Citizens, who were, no doubt, thrilled to see karmic justice done! Have we, ummm, been prepping for the inevitable backlash? The importance of Take and Hold is both Take AND Hold.
