And here's the amllest of the Piranha builds is a BA based on the standard Elemental suit but is optimized for ground movement.

Hmmm... the first needs the BA Myomer Booster if you can find the room.  It's too bad the BA Mechanical Jump Booster is IS only.  That adds +1 ground MP too.
