Since I just finished my latest home-brew sculpt of our four-legged friend, I thought it was high time to update the ol' meme for us BattleTech folks.  And seriously, when you thinks about it, the Inner Sphere is truly a cesspool of utter depravity.  All them giant robot guys strutting around the battlefield with no pants on!  It's disgraceful and obscene, I tells ya!

I'd have to go with the second image, the first just invites disaster with you getting the Goliath's legs caught up, and there's the risk of embarassing rips in places.

In all honestly, I'd agree with the second pic on both visual replys.
But then again, it can kinda work the other way. Taking a look at the character designs for the upcoming Anime adaptation of A Centaur's Life shows it can be done. It just seems 'off' to me in some way though...

Neat, didn't know they were doing an adaptation of ACL. Read scanlations of the manga and liked it. Will have to check it out. As for the pants, baggy or tight fitting?

Well. . .it depends on the faction, donnit?  Carefully pressed and ironed for them stuck-up Kuritas and fanatic Liaos, Loose and comfy for the freedom-loving FedSuns. Extra pockets, knee-patches and a higher denier thread count for Lyran Luxury models.
Low-ridin' saggy for them stone cold gangstas over in the Free Werlds, yo.
