You could use a pc at a public library?

As Herb said, Empires Aflame was pdf only from CGL with PDF Field Manuals for the Terran Supremacy, Confederated Suns and Rim Federation written by me and a Naval Supplement entitled Stars Aflame by Medron Pryde.

Public library won't allow any type of downloads due to children and illegal pirating!

This includes Porn, Gambling, Music and the like.

Best bet for me is to sucker someone to download it, pay them and THEN I can have my copies.

The EA-verse is not a nice place to be if you want your own merc unit.  There's less need for them since all House armies are considerably larger than in the Prime universe, the TS' most of all.  Word of Herb has it that multi-regiment merc commands don't exist in EA.  They probably don't get larger than battalion size and are used only for missions needing plausible deniability.

Been a while, but I was doing some stuff (cleaning house, files) and came across a few notes for the Outworlds Alliance. Not sure if I will do another FM, but is there still interest?
