(Answered) Construction time between repair & scenarios

Need help with Construction Time:
In the Tactical Operations rules on building construction I did not see anything on construction time, how long it will take to build it. Am taking the time it takes to repair the player units and taking the time off of their construction time on the building they are making.  Or are there any other books I can look at for this info.
If am building:
A light mech hangar: building time is?
A medium mech hangar: building time is?
A heavy mech hangar: building time is?

Guidelines were published on p. 55 of Campaign Operations for this.  Beyond that, you'd have to make it up yourself.
