Does anyone know how these traits modify the skill XP costs if a character has both?
Scenario 1
The cost is multiplied by the 10% increase and then the 10% decrease (so for a skill cost of 30XP is multiplied by 1.1 (10% increase) to get 33 then that is multiplied by 0.9 (10% decrease) to get 29.7 before rounding)
Scenario 2
The two modifiers cancel out (cost +10% -10% =cost)?
Likewise how do Gremlins and Fast Learner interact?
Did I miss something in AToW or shall I kick this up to the Rules Questions?
