As you might have realized i like antennas. The next load of tanks do have antennas. Many antennas. Hope you enjoy them as they were a pain in my .... to get save while painting.

Starting with the mighty Von Luckner. Who did not like them ? It is an incredible detailed sculpt and one of the real beauties of that time !

Followed by some Bulldogs:

And maybe the most detailed sculpt and definitely one of the best minis i ever had the fun for BT. I present you the Striker. If you have None, then you should buy them !

I will end with some tanks that do not have antennas. At least i haven't found any Pictures that shows them with antennas. :-\

Manticore:

Brutus:

SRM Carrier:

Saracen:

Saladin:

Thats it for the moment. Hope you like them and i hear some hints from your end to improve the next load.
As it is i finished just about 50% of the planned mechs and ASF and 70% of the combat vehicles. The none combatants are not yet defined, but i am just starting with them. So ... you will most likely see more of them in the future.  :P
One more reason to criticize so that the next load will be better.  :D

Now one of the rare mods i do. A Jagermech in the LRM variant. Using rockets from the Shogun to match the look of that time (e.g. Zeus LRM). Not happy with my achievements as the single pieces are not really matching in a Close look. But Overall it Ends up the way i hoped.

As always comments and critics are welcome ;)

First, I love that thread as one can see your progress over time, minis always get better and better painted.  O0

Regarding the Jagermech, Shogun arms are the way to go, and I like what you did. Now, if you allow me a minor nitpick, I went the same way for my own 6A, but I turned the launchers 90°, and simply deleted one of the fins so that they could fit under the AC2.  ;)

I also opted to cut the fins, but in the end i like the look of them and leave it.
As it is i had no issud to get the lrm under the ac, but to make the connection to the arm look well. That and the fact that the small ac broke off while i tried to cut the bigger ac. Next time i will cut the smaller ones first to have a clean cut that can be better fixed.

For all that liked my ASF there is another plane ... ok not a fighter ... but a small Beauty.
Sadly the mini is as robust as the recordsheet indicates. So it will most likely never see any game. But it is a must have for any collector i think. Anyway the next Boomerang will not have the gear open.

Maybe it's too late, but lowered flaps on the wings can make it landing run even more prettier.  ;)

Ok it's definitely too late to do that. But it makes me proud when you believe i could manage this.  :)
While i like the idea i will not do that on a rare Boomerang. But when i do the next more common ASF ... maybe it is worth a try.

Long time no update on this Project. Less time and motivation last year to paint. But finally i managed to finish some more Crucis Lancers for this Project. Adding them the first and second Company of the mechs is completed. I have to do other Pictures for the first Company as i used not only BT minis for that unit. But so far you can enjoy the second - completely jump capable - Company and some more Units to add on my non-combatants.

Ad far as i understand it is ok per Forum rules to Show GHQ minis used as Support for BT.

Very nice all of them! I didn't saw at the time the Von Luckners... they are amazing. Really, you have awakened in me the urge of paint one as soon as I can get one. O0 O0

Yes, the old tank sculpts are absolutely amazing. So many details ... to be honest too many details for my skill.
Looking forward to see a Von Luckner painted by you. O0

Love seeing the Remagen Lancers getting some love. The first canon Company I ever painted, and still one of my favorites.

Yours are simply outstanding, both in quality and completeness.

Very nice work. Lots of cool looking units. I think I may do a jagermech lrm mod using plastics now.

Looks awesome.

Quick question, the bridge layers, are those Micro machines M1 Abram bridge layers?  If so, is it easy to repaint micro machines without loosing detail?

Those are GHQ bridge layers and I wouldn't worry about painting them, they are the best quality 1/285 minis you will find.

It all looks terrific.

I like the fact that unit looks battleworn and non-uniform; although I do prefer the lighter green.

Those all look so great.  I wish I could get the white highlights on my 5th Lancers to look half as clean as yours.

Very well done  :)

I'm happy you like that force. Will definitely be extended.  :)

Those are M104 Wolverine Bridge Layer. Great mini from GHQ. Maybe i can take pictures of the Bridge Layer in action on a hex map for better comparison.

Beautiful work all around!  I especially love the Crossbow and ASFs but the whole units is brilliant!

On the mechs i avoid duplicates. So it will be hard to collect more than 4 companies.
And for tanks ... there are not that many different tanks to make 6 regiments an interesting Project.
And don't ask for 6 regiments of infantry.  :D

Crossbow ?  ???

Nice picture and thanks Wotan. Those are great models.

I like how they can cross two hexes, that's a 180 meter bridge.   O0

If there is no change in last core rules a hex should be 30 meters.

While i assume i already reached the point value for the Call to War project, i don't care for any PV or BV, when i do my TO&E for my paint projects. They are totally done by personal taste and fluff background. So while my 5th Crucis RCT is already a large force, it is not part of the Call to War project. ;)

More reinforcements for my long time project. This time many mechs, tanks and support elements.
Starting with a combat lance:

Followed by a mix of scout mechs of various lances:

Some jump capable mechs

and the last batch of mechs:
