Long story short Sneak Suit C(ameo) to-hit modifiers get bumped up from 4 to 6 at the TW scale.

So, do Ghille Suits which according to AToW (p. 297) have a C(ameo) of 6 get bumped up to 8 when converting them? Note that page 298 of AToW and page 171 of AToWC are used in the conversion and likely apply here.

Additionally, taking a close at the Stealth Gear table on AToW 297 and the conversion rules on 298 suggests that standard infantry fatigues will confer a +1 to-hit modifier if the unit doesn't move.

Finally, it is possible to get Ghillie Suits in BA size?
