Era Report 3145 Draconis Combine faction Points

Hi,

On page 185 of the Era 3145 report, the points for some of the Draconis Combine factions appear to be wrong:

The Azami are 50 points over the 150 points cost (200 points)

The Nova Cats are 125 points under the 150 points cost (25 points)

For the Nova Cats I would suggest the following:

Increase the Edge points from +50 to +150. Any Kuritan Nova Cat who has survived to 3145 would have to be very, very lucky.
Add Language/ Japanese +25. Because although the Nova Cats have access to Japanese this forces them to have it, as they are now part of Combine culture!

For the Azami I would suggest the following:

Reduce the Wil to +60 and Compulsion/Distrust Draconis Combine to -50
