Adding Ghost Targets and Active Probe "Targeting"

Has anyone tried adding the rules for Ghost Targets and Active Probe targeting to Alpha Strike? Checked the companion and didn't see anything resembling these rules there.

Both seem like they'd port over fairly easily. Replace "Weapon Attack Phase" with "Combat Phase", and "Piloting Skill Roll with +3 modifier" with "2d6 roll with Target Number of Skill + 3" (which is the language used in a couple other places in AS) and I think they'd work as is.

In a game that doesn't feature much C3 or that isn't using Hidden Unit rules, this gear just takes up space on the Unit Cards but doesn't do much of anything. This would open up new tactics for those guys. I imagine it might have some negative effect on points balance if Electronics gear was balanced around not always being useful.
