Important Information for all Customer Appreciation Rewards

You can only qualify for each individual Customer Appreciation Reward once.

These new Loyalty Variant 'Mechs will feature a brand new underlying cosmetic Armor Style that cannot be changed. However, you will be able to apply standard Patterns as an overlaying Pattern.

Purchases must have been processed by our database no earlier than 12:01 AM PST on January 1st 2015 (8:01 AM UTC) in order to automatically qualify for 2015 Customer Appreciation Reward eligibility.

Yep, people have been asking for the 3F for a long while, and Wolverine 7D since MASC became a thing. Wonder if the Wolverine 7M and the Cataphract 3L will shortly follow as Gift Shop buys. Nova D apparently doesn't offer much, but the Executioner C allows a bit more variation in ballistic placement.

Wow... has it already been a year since I last played?  I did a 100-match binge last September for Year 1.  I might just try another 100-match binge for Year 2.  I don't qualify for any of the free 'Mechs, though, so it won't be so easy to motivate.

For the 100 match, last year it was on your Challenge board, no word on if or when they will have that again this year. The rest boil down to did you buy since January 1st 2015.

The new armor is the actual underling material, rather than flat panels its basically hexagon like chain-mail. So far they've only shown off the Nova wearing it, but have indicated that you can apply existing patterns over the top of it.

Ok, so that hex-pattern will apply to the Cicada, Wolverine, Zeus, Nova, Gladiator only?  It would look good on the Dragon and Battlemaster...harken back to the days of the original Ral Partha minis. The Dragon was too big and a bit stiff in pose, but the BLR looked great.

I think I bought the Grasshopper ala-cart this year so I should qualify for something if I read everything right.

Be nice to have some PVE missions I could play with my friends and not have to deal with a bunch of twits and their jesus-boxes.

I think that such "dragon scales" pattern would look great on some Draconis 'Mechs such as the Dragon or the Grand Dragon. Or on the Mauler.
 The Ghost Regiments paint their 'Mechs with such scales.

And when I first saw that Black Hawk in that camo, I though that the Steel Vipers have finally arrived.  :)

Only the 1st Ghost painted scales and only as an accent to the standard grey/white base.

The other units had their own scheme, for example the 7th used a manacle and chain.

I'm curious to see what the pattern looks like on the other mechs.
