How would do up the affiliation for a Kuritan from Solaris?  I was thinking maybe using the parents homeworld affiliation?  Also, would they still be xenophobic living in a melting pot like Solaris?

I would say whichever one mom and dad hail from. Given the patriarchal nature of the DC, I would go with dad's sub-affiliation if they clash.
