The life paths have training at 16, be it family trained or at an academy. Yet we know that amongst noble families during the succession wars training could begin as early as 12.
Is there any way to reflect this in character creation and distribution of skills and
?

Not with current Life Modules.
You could create a character with Point Buy that's quite young, of course.
