Title: (Answered) Sniper SPA vs. LOS Shots

Page 221 of AToW describes the Sniper SPA as reducing "all range attack modifiers by half".  Does this also apply to Line of Sight Range shots as described on page 85 of TacOps?  I only ask because Extreme Range is explicitly mentioned in AToW, but LOS Range is not.

Sniper does not adjust LOS Range modifiers.
We'll have to adjust the phrasing of the SPA some to make that more clear.

Thanks!  I'd call that a very necessary clarification.  LOS shots with a regular Long Range modifier (+4) is a scary proposition.
