Its not clear where the amount of CP is listed for a given experience level of pilot, under the SPA costs (CP), it points you to page 69 for starting pilots at a variety of exp levels, but no where in the following pages does it define CP in terms of experience. Maybe CP falls under general skill points or attribute points ?

found the info, its not on pg 69 , but it is pretty restricted compared to AToW, so guess its up to me to mix and match rulesets to get the best blend
