Alrighty then, we did a thread over in battlemechs where players and designers were challenged to make a 'mech as close to 10K BV (before you add the pilot). 

It took more than one page, and a huge effort by many people, for S.gage to finally nail the target (with a little over).

So, here we go: Aerospace Fighter.  NOt a dropship or warship, an ASF...

gimme a single airframe as close to 10,000 BV as you can manage, before adding piloting/gunnery scores.  Get gross, get munchkin, exploit the hell out of every option you can find, to get us a fighter that is as close to 10,000 BV as possible.

This one could be flown into battle.

It might even be successful against the designs that get posted in this thread.

My own limitation for the design was to only include things that made sense to me.

So I didn't stack ECMs or focus on TSEMP cannons which seems to be the current META for breaking the BV system.

If this was an actual design I'd probably cut an ER PPC and the XXL for an XL engine and I would include a lot more fuel.

A few minor notes:
(a)The BV aero can fly with a fuel tank.
(b)It looks like the best external ordnance is a small fuel-air bomb which provides 37.  This provides +740 BV with 20 bombs. (Or, I guess, 703 if the design skips fuel and you want it to fly...)
