I can't offer anything but deep gratitude in return to anybody who decides to have a go at this challenge :(, but I can and will offer that in great quantities :).

(They should represent the result of new Inner Sphere WarShip production beginning around the year 3130 in my AU.)

I'll give you my Hound used by the AFFS in my AU as a Fox II

If I get a chance I'll maybe mod the weapons a bit on it as time hasn't been nice to the old girl but I'm working the next few days so it'll have to stick for now

If I were to mod her it would primarily be Weapons related I'd drop the NACs for a single type of them with maybe more like NAC20s on a 3 mount and 2x2 mouns and the same with lasers drop all to NL45s

I'd also replace RACs with Silver Bullets

[b]Overview[/b]
Following poor combat performance of the [i]Fox[/i]-class in Operation Bulldog, Serpent, the attack on New Syrtis Shipyards and the Draconis Combine Strike launched by House Davion’s Draconis March in 3062 the AFFS Admiralty ordered Galax Shipyards and New Syrtis shipyards to fix the design and give the Federated Suns a better ship.  In early 3064 the first such vessel, the
[i]FSS Admiral Michael Sallie[/i], was dubbed the [i]Hound[/i]-class Corvette when it was
launched in reality it is little more than a [i]Fox Block II[/i].  The [i]Hound[/i]
designation was chosen to honour Ian ‘The Hound’ Davion, Hanse ‘The Fox’
Davion’s brother and First Prince before his death in 3041 on Mallory‘s Word
while fighting Draconis Combine troops.

[b]Capabilities[/b]
The biggest change the [i]Hound [/i]has over the original Fox is the larger
vessels engines providing the vessel with a cruising speed of two gravities
and a top speed of three gravities the [i]Hound [/i]can easily out pace the original
design‘s one-and-a-half gravities cruise and two-and-a-half gravities flank
acceleration over short periods.  The armour and the Lithium Fusion Battery
are retained keeping with the [i]Fox‘s [/i]survivability and tactical mobility.
The originals fighter capacity has been almost doubled with the [i]Hound[/i]
carrying a full wing of twenty fighters.  The small craft has been doubled to
four and four Battle Armour Squads have been added, although these are housed
in barracks as points instead of as marines.  The original five DropShips
have been cut to two making the vessel less of a fleet support ship and more
of a direct combat vessel/carrier making up for the lack of fighters on the
[i]Avalon[/i]-class Cruiser.
The armament of the [i]Hound [/i]reflects this instead of NAC/10s and
Barracuda capital missile launchers with large pulse lasers providing the
anti-fighter protection of the original [i]Fox[/i], the [i]Hound [/i]has an array of ten
Naval Lasers of various calibre and four Naval Autocannons, two NAC/30s and
two NAC/35s in the broadside-arcs for anti-WarShip firepower while twenty-six
Rotary Autocannon class-2s and thirty Medium Lasers providing their
anti-fighter firepower, the lack of range of these Medium Lasers are the only
real criticisms of the anti-fighter defences. 
For added defence the [i]Hound [/i]has ten forward and five aft facing
Anti-Missile Systems and a single forward Screen launcher defends the ship
from conventional missiles and capital weapons.
This change in firepower and speed makes the [i]Hound [/i]more like a Heavy
Raider than a Corvette but the vessel still maintains the Corvette designation
 because of its size.  The cargo capacity has been reduced to just
under nine thousand tons making the redesign less independent than the
[i]Fox[/i]-class vessel.

[b]Deployment[/b]
Only the [i]FSS Admiral Michael Sallie[/i] is in service at present however
there are seven more either in production or planned.  Some talk has gone
around the AFFS about upgrading the remaining [i]Fox[/i]-class vessels to Hound
class however with the constant expansion of the Federated Suns Admiralty
this call has been ignored by the High Command.  In the future no more
[i]Fox[/i]-class will be built instead all new planned [i]Fox[/i]-class vessels will be
converted over to the [i]Hound[/i]-class production line.

My intent with the Mark II is to make it a bit more independent for operations: Naval PPC's replacing the NAC's, a bit more armor, Battle Armored Marines. Slight upgrades with adaptability in mind the AR-10's for flexibility, and a slightly 'better' Anti-fighter armament, at a slight cost to cargo. A bit heavier and the upgraded version costs a bit more C-Bills wise but less BV (?).

Tried for a while to make a version with a Naval Gauss rifle but couldn't do it. It also says mixed tech but its all IS Tech. Couldn't do a Zec to save my life: I can't do anything that small of a Warship.

I give you the Fox III or Red Fox-class a redesigned version of the Fox for a new age of fighting

I dropped the missile armament completely instead going for Naval Laser 45 and Naval Autocannon 20 batteries for WarShip fighting.  The Naval missiles would be provided with its four DropShips which support it while the WarShip is designed to lead the flotilla.

Silver Bullet Gauss Rifles exemplify what it is to be Davion.  I did want to include re-engineered lasers but they were not on the spreadsheet I used so I stuck with standard large lasers.  AMS and Screen Launchers for all around defence.  Finally taken from WoB databases or from the Republic ARTS bays cover the 20 aerospace fighter bays with four small craft bays there to service the 16 Battle Armour troopers on board and to be used as repair facilities should a fighter make it home needing more than the ARTS bay can deal with.

Finally additional second class crew quarters are provided for additional comfort as well as a pair of gravity decks

Fox III or Red Fox will be the designation I think I'll use in my own AU but please feel free if you wish to use it as your block II.

Found time to look at the Zechetinu.  I tried to come up with something that was a combination of the original and II versions but also added something new.

So it's a nose fighter with 3 NAC 20 in the nose.  It's also got stronger SI and armour than the standard versions.

Three Killer Whales (2 Fore Arcs, 1 Aft) each with 30 rounds give you... options.

Stingrays support anti-fighter and DropShip operations

Extended LRM 20s give you something a little different.  While Light Gauss Rifles support them.  Extended Range Large Lasers support but in close the anti-fighter defence has a lot of minimum range.

Proper AMS replace the Small Lasers.  I'll be honest I wanted to put on Laser AMS but the spreadsheet doesn't support it and building myself from scratch is a lengthy process.

A second DropShip collar has been added with also gives you more options... and options you need for this ship as its cargo bay has been cut to 4,832.800 yup your second DropShip collar will more often than not need to have a cargo DropShip visit it often.  I see one DropShip assigned to it often while a second DropShip joins for assault missions but for most of the time it's a free space for Cargo DropShips to visit.

basically, it takes the existing design and consolidates the weapons mounts ot be more reasonable.. the lasers get standardized to a single type (which reduces damage slightly) while the majority of the single AC's get shifted around to broadsides mounts.. with an extra gun and more ammo installed on each side to boost the firepower and make up for the reduced laser power. the missile bays similarly get shifted around to consolidate all the single mounts into paired mounts on the fore and aft flanks. which makes them much more effective in direct fire mode and makes them far more useful in bearings only shots.
the point defense array gets reinforced.. the largely useless MG's get scrapped to mount additional AMS systems, and additional tonnage of ammo is assigned to make up for the higher ammo consumption of AMS systems compared to MG's. it no longer has the endurance of the old mounts but the point defense array is far more effective.

I like that one too decent array of weapons I like the inclusion of the scanner
i figure that a Fox is likely to end up as the leader of a battlegroup rather than working in a fleet alongside a larger warship like an Avalon.. there aren't enough warships left to do fleet battles (unless you are the republic or the Snow Ravens) so the main role of a Fox would be as the backbone for an RCT's transport group, serving as a transport for an LCT, or operating a battlegroup of CV-dropships and pocket warships. which is pretty much what it did in previous eras. all three categories having better sensor range, the ability to listen into enemy comms, and being able to do orbital surveillance is a major improvement.

The Inazuma II - firstly increased tonnage to 200,000 tons

The DropShip, fighters and small craft remain the same

The firepower gets a Draconis Combine twist with Heavy Particle Cannons, MRMs with Apollo FCS give it a Draconis Combine feel with ER Large Lasers and AMS in support

Finally Naval Autocannons and Medium Particle Cannons provide the naval firepower.

The big thing that hurts this ship is its cargo capacity, the same thing that restricted its predecessor, this was an intentional choice.  This ship is intended on overwhelming enemy defences quickly or dying in the attempt then getting resupplied afterwards.  It's really a one shot kind of ship.

And the Qingniao - a mythological Chinese messenger bird

One of the biggest Corvettes it could be a destroyer in any navy

Built like the bigger Feng Huang the Corvette's main thing is it doesn't carry ammunition instead it concentrates on salvos of Naval Lasers and Naval Particle Cannons for Naval Armament.  These are backed up by Extended-Range Large Lasers housed in groups of 6 in the nose, each side arc and aft and Laser AMS for defence (yup figured out how to add it)

The Qingniao is fast capable of a safe thrust of 3G and max of 4.5G.  It also carries 290 passenger quarters and a Small Naval Comm Scanner.  Finally one DropShip, six aerospace fighters, two DropShips and 2 gravity decks round out the capabilities.

Dragon Cat, I've provisionally decided to use your submissions for the Fox II and the Zechetinu III, partly because they both share design philosophies to some extent since, of course, they were both designed by the same person. I'll probably be making use of the Qingniao too. The Inazuma II... maybe. :-\
