Well, I just need some examples to help me to get the feeling on this. So can you give me some?
The rule is simple - make an aerospace fighter with XXL engine, and does not care for the cost, you may pick every era and also use either IS, Clans or even mixed tech. Use whatever prototypes if you wishes, although I doubt that there are any useful prototype components for an ASF. Just make the best one what you think, depend on the roles - (fast)dogfighter/interceptor, attacker, bomber, or fire support.
I don't think that Small Cockpit is something useful, but if you think that the ASF was developed by either Clans or WoB and intended to be used by the pilots with (D)NI, just go ahead.
But you need to remember that XXL engine generates 2 heats by default, 4 heats on safe thrust, and 6 heats on maximum thrust. So I recommend that the design should keep it cool while you don't speed it up to the maximum thrust and initiate alpha strike on at least one range bracket and front side. Volley fire is not recommended unless the fighter has either Coolant Pod or Radical Heat Sink to shoot everything it got when they had the chance to do while keep it cool.
Anyway, please make the best one what you think, and actually the only hard rule is use an Extra-Extralight Fusion Engine.

XXL engines typically see use as speed boosts. The Picaroon is a sledgehammer wrapped in a fairly tough shell, but it could use more ability to turn and burn. Fortunately it has cooling to spare:

Picaroon is very durable for its light weight. Perhaps it is even durable than many heavy fighters! With its good speed, I think that it would be the tough opponent to face.
The Vulcan seems the modernized 5N, is it? You did very well to upgrade those weapons while keep its look.

thanks this is a second step from the strange aero challenge to use an XL engine without changing the armor potection or weapons

Wow. Two LPLs? Perhaps Harpy may fine with such low armor, for it seems that it is dedicated air to air fighter so even if it hits and lose some altitude it is unlikely to be crash. Reflective armor ensures that it may sustain at least one hit...
