C3 Networks
« on: 11 September 2021, 12:43:04 »
It's the weekend....so spending some time playing with the MUL. I've always dug the Owens, so I'm playing around building a C3 based combined arms company. The C3 tax is real  xp ;so is the payoff worth it? A mech lance, a couple vehicle lances, and a battle armor lance, all at skill level 4, comes to around 500PV, where as a similar non-networked version allows an average skill level of 3.

Would anyone care to share their experiences playing or playing against a C3 networked force?

Proper utilization of C3 networks is all about positioning. Your spotter needs to get as close as possible, either in base contact or behind its firing arc. Then as many of your damage dealers need to have a valid line of sight to the target  while still having cover from your targets teammates.

Someone here on the forums had a article called care and feeding of a C3 company in alpha strike, it was linked in their signature. I haven’t been able to find it.

Its outdated now for listed PVs but the meat of it is still valid!
