In Alpha Strike: Commander's Edition, both the Demoralizer ability (p. 93) and heat (p. 52) reduce a unit's movement.  Specifically, Demoralizer reduces a unit's movement by half (rounding down) and heat reduces a unit's movement by twice its heat level in inches.

If a unit is subject to both effects, which is applied first?

Example: If a unit with 10" of move has heat 1 and is also Demoralized, is its movement reduced like this:

(10/2)-2=3"

or this:

(10-2)/2=4"

?

Oh, and, come to think of it, the same question/math would apply to a unit with a movement critical and one point of heat.  Presumably, the same answer would apply to both, but asking just in case.
