Title: (Answered) C3 Boosted Master and TAG

As was previously stated, the C3 Boosted system works in conjunction with a standard C3 system (TO:AUE, Pg. 110).

Because of this, should a unit with the C3 Boosted Master also receive the TAG special (ASC, Pg. 132)? I think so, but currently it only states "A unit receives this special if it lists any of the following in its weapons and equipment inventory: TAG, Prototype TAG, or the C3 Master Computer"

Yes.  The C3 Boosted Master duplicates the function of TAG just like a C3 Master.
