P40 of ASCE "The blocking of line of sight works both directions: if the attacker is blocked from seeing the target, the target is blocked from seeing the attacker and if the target is blocked from seeing the attacker, the attacker is blocked from seeing the target."
Does this apply to Woods as well as solid terrain?
I.e. If model A is in a forest and sees out through 7" of forest (taking advantage of "occupied terrain" 2" exception ASCE40), it has LOS to unit B. However, unit B's LOS would be blocked by 7" of woods. Do neither unit have LOS to each other?
