(Answered) TSEMP Attacks Against another map

p.90 of AS:CE says "TSEMP attacks may only be attempted in the unit’s Combat
Phase, and may only be directed against targets within the unit’s
Short or Medium range brackets on the ground map." Is there another map that can't be targeted by TSEMP attacks?

No. That reference to the ground map was errated out very recently.
