Ethan Moreau was an important contributing Founder to Clan Goliath Scorpion, but their entry in Field Manual Warden Clans says "Moreau's genes could not become part of the Clan breeding program." (pg 102)
Is it possible they could have been added at a later date, or does this mean Moreau's genes were never added?
