Johnny Clavel

"Gentleman Johnny" Clavell of Wolf's Dragoons fame managed to get two pilot cards; Inner Sphere Battle Lance and Wolf's Dragoons Assault Star. While the Piloting/Gunnery are both 1/1 the SPAs differ. Battle Lance has Demoralizer and Hot Dog, Assault Star has Tactical Genius. Which is correct?
