Clan touman growth post Klondike

Just how quickly did the Clans military grow in the wake of Klondike?
'Betrayal of Ideals' for example, implies that the Jade Falcons have at least 2 galaxies in 2823... Delta and Gyrfalcon galaxies.  It is also implied that Delta has a minimum of 4 clusters.

Is this accurate or should the numbers be smaller?
