Far Country — Current State of Canonicity

Since I've seen some confusion, was the mention of Far Country as a holovid series in Handbook: House Kurita a tacit decanonization of the Tetatae's existence, overriding earlier statements by Herb?

Not necessarily, and Handbook House Kurita was developed under Herb, so it shouldn’t really indicate anything.
