Kallon of Talon: ilClan Recognition Guide Vol. 8

The recent Recognition Guide:  ilClan vol. 08 included an entry on the Rifleman.  Last sentence of the Variants section mentions Kallon of Talon.  That Facility was nuked during the Jihad in 3069 by the Blakists.

So is this sentence a typo, or has Kallon of Talon been repaired enough by 3151 to produce the Rifleman?

EDIT: Apparently the references to Talon should be Nanking—we’ll have to see if anything is published or not about Talon in the near future.
