Mobile HPG useage
« on: 18 August 2022, 22:32:00 »
The equipment description for mobile HPG's notes that they were heavily used by the SLDF. Is it fair to expect that a lot of the warships described in 'TRO: 3057r' would have them fitted? Currently only units described in places like 'TRO: 3067' and 'TRO: Golden Era' with the new layout style specifically list the HPG's.

Typically, if the equipment isn't listed on a unit's RS then it's generally considered not present.

But there's nothing stopping you for using mobile HPG-equipped warships in your games. Mobile HPGs were introduced in by the Hegemony in 2655, so ships could certainly be retrofitted or built with the technology.

The rules for Mobile HPG can be found in Tactical Operations.

Happy HPG'ing.

Look, dude, when you are a real mechwarrior you don't need to get all dressed up in cooling suits and cool helmets to work on your mech. You just strip down to your 1980s panties and crop top vest and start wrenchin' it.
