53rd  Vegan Lancers
241st Vegan Regulars
250th Vegan Regulars
27th  Vegan Armor
55th  Vegan Armor
98th  Vegan Mechanized Brigade

draw personnel from Vega, but that planet is lost by Combine for a 80+ years.

The Combine would assign DCMS soldiers to the Vegan regiments as needed. Historically, Warlords sent problematic or malcontent soldiers to the Vega regiments. This trend continues into the Dark Age, so Vegan troops can come from anywhere in the Combine.   

But if you're looking for more specificity to fit a narrative of some kind, a soldier from the Benjamin and Dieron Military Districts could be motivated to request assignment to a Vegan unit.
