The Succession Wars boardgame, set in 3025, was the first publication to provide a crest for the Outworlds Alliance - a stylized JumpShip with (iiirc) geometric shapes in red and blue.
When did that officially (in-character) change into the fireball/sunburst crest?
(And was whoever assigned the "new" crest even aware of the one from Succession Wars?)
